Far too long…

It’s been far too long since Jack and I have been out on the road together, exploring new places and visiting old favourites.

Far too long… since we flew past red dirt, pinkish dirt, and musty coloured in-between dirt.

Far too long… since we zoomed past emerald green grasses and crops, or a landscape vibrant with new colour and growth.

Far too long… since we passed puddles lining the sides of the road, or lakes half filled with water.

Far too long… since we escaped the city and had enough time to just stop…

and breathe.

Far too long… since we witnessed the sun’s explosion of colour across the land as it sets on another day.

… and far too long since we sat out under the stars and marvelled at their brilliance, and the sheer magnitude of how many billions we can see…

…and now we’re out there again…back out the back with Jack, of course 😌🥰
