It’s that time again, yep… you know the one… you can tell just by looking at people. You guessed it - almost the end of the year. Another year has almost completely slipped by and we’re caught up in the final push to the end of it.

They say there are lessons we need to learn in life, right? And we don’t move on from them till we get it. I think my big lesson is patience. I’m not sure why it is but I haven’t managed to nail that one yet. Maybe impulsiveness is another of those lessons.

Down the dirt road…

I have fond memories of this road, it’s the only road to a salt lake I’m particularly fond of, and my most recent experience on it was racing down it in the night to escape a bushfire that had swung around to head in our direction. I was following another vehicle that was camped where I had intended to camp too.
